Our principles
Controls before dashboards
We build the transaction lifecycle first. Analytics, AI and portals are only trustworthy on top of validated financial controls.
Traceability by default
Every amount links to the award that funded it, the approval that authorized it and the deliverable it produced.
One record, many roles
Grant managers, procurement, finance, executives and auditors work from the same records with different permissions.
Evidence, not assertions
Receipts, bids, invoices and proof of delivery live on the transaction, so reporting is retrieval rather than assembly.
Designed for scrutiny
If a control could not survive a single audit or a council hearing, it does not ship.
Purpose-built, not generic
This is not an ERP retrofit. Awards, encumbrances, allowability and deliverables are first-class concepts.
Where we are
iProject Cloud is in active development with a City of Philadelphia demonstration environment covering a complete award-to-impact chain: award, projects, budgets, purchase request, procurement, purchase order, receiving, invoice, payment, accounting entries and workforce deliverables.
